Premium Property Management makes it easy for our tenants to rent and communicate with us.  Our site makes it easy for you to locate your new home, submit a rent payment or request maintenance.  We at PPM take pride in the character of our tenants, here are some tips to get your application approved by our owners:
  • Be prepared to provide at least two years of previous rental history information
  • The rent of the property you like should be at a maximum be a third or 33% of your monthly income
  • Thorough credit and criminal background checks will be performed during the application process
  • PPM recommends providing a minimum of two professional recommendations to be included with your application

Maintenance Requests: for maintenance at your property simply send your request to: maintenance@premiumpropertymgt.com and someone in our office will call you back as soon as possible
